Another prayer
June 20, 2008
I love to listen to our five year old, Natalie, pray. She has such a heart for the Lord and for other people.
Last night at dinner time her prayer went something like this.
“Dear God, Thank you for this food. Help mommy and daddy when they go to get W-boy and B-girl that mom can learn how to make some new foods so we can have more Ethiopian food. Amen”
The girl got one taste of injera and she has been begging me to make some. Mark got me an electric skillet a few weeks ago so I’m running out of excuses. Maybe soon.

She’s so stinking cute! I love hearing the way she talks to the Lord. I think we could all learn a lot from her!
I can’t wait to try some Ethiopian cooking :o)
I really want an electric skillet too. We should get together and try cooking out of the ET cookbook I have. It has some interesting recipies. Before we travel Dustin and I look forward to having a HUGE party with our friends and family and LOTS of Ethiopian food….. so get good girl! I may call on your cooking skills if you do
HAHAHAHAH
